Waiting for my purchase...

I'm still waiting for my second purchase of 500 referrals. The first purchase went surprisingly smooth considering the amount of complaints on the forum about waiting times, it only took 2 days if I remember correctly. I've been waiting for 17 days now (11 business days) for this second purchase when I should have got it within 5. I opened a ticket on the 6th business day to find out what was taking so long. Still haven't had a reply.

From reading the forum I figured what might be the problem. I think it was because I used a different email address for payment to the one registered on my Bux.to account. I pm'd one of the forum Admins this weekend and they were surprisingly helpful. They confirmed what I thought, saying that if the email address used for paying didn't match the email address on a members account they had problems cross referencing and adding the referrals to the members account, which is logical. A simple warning when paying would have helped though. They added some info to my ticket and said it would be answered today. I haven't had a reply yet, although I'm sure it will get answered soon.
